Service Standards

We pride ourselves in offering the best service to our clients and we have implemented stringent standards of service which are monitored, throughout the life of the claim to ensure compliance to the agreed criteria for the following:

  • Immediate contact with the Insured upon receipt of notification of loss
  • Attend loss location within 24 hours of appointment
  • Issue Immediate Advice within 24 hours of attending the loss location
  • Issue Preliminary Report within 5 working days after attending the loss location
  • Follow-up with Insured every 14 days or time frame as agreed by Insurers
  • Follow-up with Insurers every 14 days or time frame as agreed by Insurers
  • Update report to Insurers every 2 months or time frame as agreed by Insurers
  • Final Report issued within 3 working days after receiving the completed Form of Acceptance from the Insured

We have the flexibility to adopt any clients’ individual requirements, and welcome discussing any variation required.
